WHITE POTATO SOUP WITH HAM 
2 lbs. new potatoes (sm. size)
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 stick butter
2 tsp. black pepper
3 tsp. salt
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. cooked ham, chopped

Cook whole potatoes in 2 quarts of water until done. Add chopped onions and celery; simmer. Add flour paste, butter and seasoning. Add chopped ham.
