SCALLOPED POTATOES 
2 lb. hashbrown potatoes thawed for 30 minutes
1 pt. sour cream
1 c. onions, chopped
1 c. cream of mushroom soup
2 c. grated sharp cheese
1 cube butter
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste

Mix together and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 10 to 12.
