FROSTED GINGER CREAMS | |
1 c. sugar 1 c. vegetable oil 2 eggs 1/2 c. dark molasses 1 c. sour cream 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. ginger 1/4 tsp. salt 3 c. flour Combine sugar, shortening, eggs, molasses, sour cream, and dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly and turn into 11 x 16 inch pan, well greased. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. When cool, drizzle with thin powdered sugar frosting. |
