STRAWBERRY CAKE 
1 box white cake mix (Betty Crocker)
1 box strawberry Jello
1 c. Wesson oil
1/2 c. sweet milk
4 eggs
1 c. strawberries
1 c. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix cake mix and Jello together thoroughly. Add oil, milk and eggs, beating well after each one is added. Then add remaining ingredients and bake at 325 or 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Use 3 cake pans or pound cake pan.

ICING:

1 1/2 box confectioners sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 c. strawberries
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Mix well and spread on cool cake.
