STIR - FRY CHICKEN - BROCCOLI 
1 bunch fresh broccoli
Lg. sweet pepper (red is pretty)
Garlic clove
Chicken breasts
1 c. white wine
Pasta noodles

Saute chopped garlic in wok pan or large skillet in small amount of oil. Chop broccoli and red bell pepper and add to these (garlic). Cook until tender and moist to taste. Remove from pan and saute chicken breast. Cut into bite size; cook until tender. Add 1 cup white wine to chicken and cook until 1/2 down. Return vegetables and add precooked pasta noodles until all is coated. Ready to serve.
