CRANBERRY RELISH | |
2 c. cranberries 1 seedless orange (unpeeled), cut into pieces 1 c. sugar 2 tbsp. orange liquor (opt.) In food grinder or blender, coarsely grind cranberries and orange. Add sugar and liquor (if used). Stir until combined. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. Relish can be made up to one week ahead. Keep refrigerated. Makes about 2 cups. |
