RICH LAYERED CAKES 
1 box yellow cake mix
2 boxes of vanilla instant pudding
1 (16 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
1 (16 oz.) Cool Whip
Coconut

Grease and flour 2 (9 x 13 inch) pans. Mix yellow cake mix by direction. Divide batter between 2 pans. Bake both at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Let cool. Then top with instant pudding prepared as directed on box. Spread over each cake. Spread pineapple over each cake. Cover both with Cool Whip. Put both cakes together and cover with coconut.
