LOW FAT RICE PUDDING | |
1 1/2 c. sugar 3 tbsp. cornstarch 3 c. lowfat milk 1/2 c. minute rice Milk - or 1 can of Carnation Lite evaporated skimmed milk and 1 1/2 cups of water. Combine sugar, cornstarch and slowly add in milk and rice. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture boils. About 1 minute or until thickened. Remove from heat and add: 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 c. raisins Mix. Cover and let stand about 5 minutes. |
