LEFSE 
Riced Potatoes
butter
Salt
Flour

Peel, boil and rice ten pounds of potatoes.

To each 6 cups riced potatoes packed add one cube butter and 1 tsp. salt.

Take 4 cups of the above mix and add at least 1 1/4 cups flour. Mix well. Roll out into long roll. Cut into size you want. Can cut into 10 pieces. Take each one and roll out very thin on a floured board.

Bake on lefse grill until lightly browned.
