SHRIMP DISH 
4 med. onions
4 green peppers
2 c. celery, chopped
1 lb. shrimp
1 tsp. thyme
2 tbsp. flour
Rice
1 lg. can tomatoes, chopped

Cook onions, peppers and celery in oil. Add tomatoes and simmer until tender. Add shrimp. Season with thyme. Thicken with flour. Serve on fluffy rice.
