TWICE BAKED POTATOES 
6 lg. baking potatoes
1 pt. sour cream
1 lb. shredded Colby cheese
1 tbsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. paprika
1 tbsp. basil

Clean and bake potatoes in oven for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Cut in half lengthwise. Scoop out potatoes into a bowl. Add sour cream, salt, paprika, basil and 1 cup of cheese. Refill potato shells and place in a casserole dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese over the top and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
