ROSIE'S DISHPAN COOKIES 
2 c. brown sugar
2 c. white sugar
2 c. oil
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. oatmeal
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 to 4 c. cornflakes
12 oz. chocolate chips
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. raisins
1 c. coconut

Blend together sugar and oil, add eggs and vanilla. Gradually mix in flour, oatmeal, soda, salt, cornflakes, chocolate chips, nuts, raisins and coconut. Drop by tablespoons on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 12 minutes. If you want to play around you could substitute Honey Bunches of Oats for cornflakes. Substitute 2 cups Tropical Trail Mix for raisins. Substitute 2 cups coconut chips for regular coconut.
