DISHPAN COOKIES 
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
3/4 c. oats
1 c. coconut
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chocolate chips
2 c. corn flakes

You can omit or add to the last 6 ingredients if you don't like one.

Beat eggs, add sugars, butter and oil and beat well. Add baking soda, baking powder, and salt into the flour and mix well. Add flour mixture into egg mixture; then add oats and all other ingredients. Mix well. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet 1 1/2 to 2 inches apart when pressed down. Press down top of cookie. Bake at 325 degrees until light brown, approximately 10-12 minutes.
