SHEPHERD'S PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
Small onion, diced
Salt & pepper
Garlic powder
Parsley
1 pkg. frozen peas & carrots
1-2 c. brown gravy, jar or homemade
2 c. mashed potatoes, instant or homemade

Brown beef and onion in frying pan. Drain all the fat. Season to taste with salt, pepper, garlic, parsley or any spices of your choosing. Add gravy, peas and carrots; simmer a few minutes until hot. Pour mixture into casserole dish. Cover with mashed potatoes. Sprinkle top with bread crumbs (optional) and bake in 350 degree oven until top of potatoes begin to brown. Approximately 20 minutes. Enjoy!
