SMOKED SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. smoked sausage
1 can green beans
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can tomatoes

Slice sausage in dish, drain corn and beans, add tomatoes and pour over sausage, salt and pepper to taste. Mix 1 package Mexican cornbread and put on top. Bake in microwave until done and put in oven long enough to brown, or may be cooked in regular oven for 30 minutes at 400 degrees.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
