SPICED NUTS 
2 c. sugar
1 c. water
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
3 c. pecans

Cook sugar, water and spices in a large pan to 236 degrees. Then add nuts and stir until they are crystallized, coated with spiced mixture. Pour onto waxed paper and separate into pieces.
