BLUEBERRY GEMS 
2 c. self-rising flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. milk
1 c. blueberries

Combine flour and sugar. Add liquid ingredients and stir until well mixed. Fold in blueberries. Spoon batter into muffin tins filling about 1/2 full. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Makes 24 muffins.
