1/4 c. ice water 1/4 c. instant non-fat dry milk powder 1 tbsp. lemon juice Sugar substitute to equal 1/3 cup sugar Place ice water in a small bowl. Gradually beat in milk powder at High speed until soft peaks form. Gently fold in lemon juice and sugar substitute. Cover and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled. |
