BANANA BREAD 
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. reduced calorie butter, softened
1 egg
2 egg, whites
1 c. mashed ripe bananas (about 2 large)
1/4 c. water
1 2/3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray. Beat sugar and butter in medium bowl on medium speed for about 30 seconds, until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg, egg whites, bananas and water on low speed about 30 seconds or until well blended. Stir in remaining ingredients just until moistened. Pour into pan. Bake 8 inch loaf 60 minutes or 9 inch 45 to 50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes, loosen sides and remove from pan. Cool completely before slicing.
