OLD COUNTRY SUPPERS 
6 slices of bacon
4 lg. potatoes
1 bunch broccoli
3 carrots
1 onion
1 lb. sliced Polish sausage or smoked sausage

In a large frying pan fry bacon until crisp. Remove and drain. Slice and saute the following in bacon drippings until tender (potatoes, broccoli, carrots and onion). Once vegetables are cooked top with 1 pound sliced Polish sausage. Heat until meat is hot. Garnish with crumbled bacon.
