VEG - ALL CASSEROLE 
1 lg. can Veg-All, drained
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated sharp cheese

Mix all ingredients together, top with Ritz cracker crumbs and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
