1 1/4 lb. frozen Oreos
1 stick butter
8 oz. cream cheese
12 oz. Cool Whip
3 1/2 c. milk
1 c. powdered sugar
2 pkg. chocolate instant pudding
Gummy worms (optional)
Artificial flowers

Crush frozen oreos (use food processor).

FILLING:

Mix butter, cream cheese and powdered sugar. Add Cool Whip. Mix instant pudding and milk. Blend with other mixture.

Layer 1/3 Oreos, 1/2 filling, 1/3 Oreos, 1/2 filling and 1/3 Oreos in flower pot; placing worms as desired. Place artificial flowers in pot. Use as centerpiece and serve with trowel.
