SPAGHETTI WITH CLAM SAUCE 
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. light olive oil
3 cloves garlic (minced)
2 (8 oz.) cans minced clams
1/4 c. parsley
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
Dash red pepper
1 lb. spaghetti
Grated Parmesan cheese

Melt butter in saucepan. Add oil. Saute garlic and clams in hot oil over medium heat 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in parsley, basil, oregano, salt and pepper. Simmer 5 to 10 minutes. Cook spaghetti; add sauce and toss lightly. Serve with Parmesan cheese. Serves 4.
