SALSA CHICKEN 
1 lg. can tomatoes, whole, peeled or stewed
1 sm. can jalepenos
1 med. size jar premade Salsa LaVictoria or El Paso
1 sm. onion, if desired, chopped fine
Lightly breaded fried chicken
Spice to taste

Fry chicken using less grease than normal - crispy chicken.

Mix salsa ingredients making sure onions and tomatoes are chopped up. In large saucepan bring to a boil slightly roll for several minutes. Remove from heat. Leave covered until chicken is done. Place chicken in casserole dish. Cover with salsa and cover dish with foil. Place in preheated oven (350 degrees) for 20-30 minutes.
