1 lg. can evaporated milk
2 c. sugar
3 squares chocolate
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix milk, sugar and chocolate together and cook in a double boiler 20-25 minutes. Beat 2-3 minutes and add vanilla. This is good either warm or cold.
