SELF-FILLED CUPCAKES 
1 (2 layer) pkg. chocolate cake mix
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg
Dash of salt
1 (6 oz.) pkg. (1 c.) chocolate chips

Mix cake mix according to package directions. Fill paper cups in muffin pans 2/3 full. Cream cheese with sugar. Beat in egg and salt. Stir in chocolate pieces. Drop 1 rounded teaspoon cheese mixture into each cupcake. Bake as package directs. Makes 30 cupcakes.
