RED AND WHITE CRANBERRY LAYER
SALAD
 
1 pkg. cherry Jello
1 c. hot water
1 can whole cranberry sauce
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 sm. can crushed drained pineapple

When mixture cools, pour into a lightly oiled 8 x 8 inch square pan or rectangular dish or pan of around 10 x 6 or 7 inches. Chill until thickened. 1 c. cream, whipped 1/2 c. chopped nuts

You may use Dream Whip or those whipped toppings and I put in 2 cups of that.

Soften and cream the cream cheese. Fold in the whipped cream and the nuts. Spoon this mixture over thickened cranberry mixture and freeze. Remove from freezer 10 minutes before serving. Always well received!
