RIP'S HERBAL LAMB 
8 to 10 lb. leg of lamb

Debone and have butcher butterfly the lamb.

Inside the lamb imbed with garlic pieces and rub with olive oil. Garlic will permeate the meat while cooking on smoker grill. Mix together:

1/3 c. honey
Teriyaki sauce
Fresh rosemary
Ginger

Spread this sauce on outside of lamb. On outdoor cooker grill honey side down first for 5 to 10 minutes to sear or char. Turn. Add fresh basil to oil side. Cook very slowly about 2 hours or until done.
