2 c. cooked sweet potatoes, cut in chunks
1 med. apple, diced
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/4 c. chopped dates
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. milk

Combine first 6 ingredients. Blend together sour cream, mayonnaise and milk. Fold sour cream mixture into potato mixture. Chill before serving.
