SOUR CREAM CHICKEN BREASTS 
6 chicken breast halves
1 stick butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. sherry
Season to taste

Saute chicken in butter until barely brown. Remove chicken from skillet. Add soup, sour cream and sherry to drippings in skillet. Add seasonings. Pour mixture over chicken in a flat casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 4 to 6.
