CHOW MEIN 
1 1/2 c. celery
1 1/2 c. onion
2 c. Chinese vegetables
2 c. golden mushroom soup
2 c. water
2 c. chicken, shrimp or pork (already cooked)
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. soy sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Saute celery and onions (do not brown); add vegetables, soup, water, soy sauce, chicken and cornstarch. Bring to boil, then simmer for 20 minutes. Serve over chow mein noodles or rice.
