QUICK AND EASY CHOW MEIN 
1 lb. chicken breast, sliced into strips
1 lb. boneless pork, sliced into strips
1 lb. boneless beef, sliced into strips
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 can Chinese vegetables
2 tbsp. oil
1 sm. sliced green pepper
Cornstarch
Water

In saucepan, combine oil, garlic and onion; heat, stir in pork, beef and chicken. Saute until meat is brown on all sides. Add green pepper, soy sauce and 1 cup of water. Simmer 1/2 hour. Add Chinese vegetables.

Combine 2 tablespoons of cornstarch with enough water to make a paste. Pour into chow mein to thicken sauce. Simmer 5 minutes. Serve over rice or noodles. Serves 6.
