PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. pancake mix
3 onions, sliced

GRAVY:

1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. flour
2 c. boiling water

Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper. Coat with pancake flour. Brown well on both sides. Place in shallow baking pan. Saute onions, salt, pepper and sugar until browned. Stir in flour and cook until blended. Gradually add boiling water. Cook over medium heat until sauce thickens and boils. Pour over chops, cover pan tightly with foil. Bake 1 hour and 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
