MIXED VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 lg. (20 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. mayonnaise (do not use salad dressing)
1 c. chopped celery
1 med. onion, grated
1 stick butter
1 tube Ritz crackers, crumbled

Cook vegetables as per directions on package and drain. Mix vegetables, cheese, mayonnaise, celery and onions. Put in lightly greased casserole dish. Top with crumbled crackers and sprinkle the melted butter over the top. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
