COCONUT PECAN LADY FINGERS 
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sifted flour
1/2 c. ground pecans
1/2 c. coconut

Cream butter with sugar, salt, and vanilla. Stir in flour gradually. Add pecans and coconut and mix well. Flour hand lightly and roll into finger shape. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 25 minutes on second rack from top. Roll in powdered sugar while still warm. Makes 24 cookies.
