COFFEE CAKE 
1 pkg. Duncan Hines butter yellow cake mix
1 stick butter
4 lg. eggs
1 lg. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1/4 c. oil
1 c. sour cream (small size)

TOPPING:

3/4 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts

With an electric mixer, beat together: Cake mix, butter, eggs, pudding mix, oil and sour cream. (This will be thick). Spread 1/2 of batter in well sprayed bundt cake pan. Combine topping ingredients; mix well. Top cake batter with 1/2 of topping mixture. Spread with remaining batter, and then top with remaining topping. Swirl last layer of topping down into the cake mixture with a fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Note: I make these at Christmas time and give them to close friends for their Christmas morning breakfast. It freezes well, and the cost is approximately $5.00!
