BABE RUTH BARS 
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. white Karo syrup
1 c. peanut butter
7 c. cornflakes
1 c. Spanish peanuts

FROSTING:

1 lg. pkg. sweet milk chocolate chips
2 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. peanut butter

Bring sugars and syrup to boil and let boil for 1 minute. Add peanut butter, stirring until blended. Pour over cornflakes and peanuts. Mix well and press into buttered 9x13 pan.

To make frosting: melt large package chips, peanut butter, and butter in double boiler over low heat. Spread over cereal mixture and cool. When cool, cut into bars.
