1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. white syrup
1 c. peanut butter
1 c. salted peanuts
7 c. corn flakes

Bring just to a boil; sugars and white syrup. Add remaining ingredients, mix well and press into a 9x13 inch pan.

FROSTING:

Melt 1 large package of chocolate chips over hot water. Add 1 cup peanut butter, mix and spread on bars.
