CAROB CLUSTERS 
1/2 c. non-instant dry milk
1/2 c. carob powder or cocoa
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. peanuts
1 c. raisins

Combine first 4 ingredients until thoroughly blended. Pour this mixture over peanuts and raisins and mix until well coated. Drop mixture by teaspoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet.

Allow to air-dry for several hours; OR put into a 300 degree oven until tops are shiny and they can be removed from sheet (about 15 minutes). Chill.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Serves 2 dozen.
