CHINESE CHOCOLATE PEANUT
CLUSTERS
 
1 pkg. (6 oz.) butterscotch bits
1 pkg. (6 oz.) semisweet chocolate bits
1 c. salted peanuts
1 can (3 oz.) chow mein noodles

Pour the butterscotch bits and semisweet chocolate bits into the top of a double boiler. Place over hot water and stir until melted. Stir in the peanuts and chow mein noodles. Drop by teaspoonsfuls onto waxed paper. Put in the refrigerator until firm. Makes about 4 dozen.
