WINTER FRUIT SALAD WITH MAPLE
CREAM
 
2 navel oranges
2 bananas
1 pear, unpeeled & sliced
1 apple, unpeeled & sliced
Lemon or orange juice
1 (20 oz.) can drained pineapple slices
1/2 lb. red seedless grapes, cut into clusters
Lettuce leaves

MAPLE CREAM DRESSING:

1 c. sour cream
3 tbsp. maple syrup

Peel oranges and section. Peel bananas and cut in half lengthwise and then in quarters. Dip in juice. Also coat apple and pear slices with juice to prevent discoloration. Arrange fruit on a lettuce lined platter. Serve with Maple Cream Dressing. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
