2 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt
1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. Rich Whip
3 1/2 c. flour, sifted
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder

Beat eggs, sugar, oil, vanilla, and salt. Add buttermilk and Rich Whip. Then add flour, soda, and baking powder. Mix well. Fry donuts in hot oil.
