1 angel food cake
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
1 c. miniature marshmallows
2 (9 oz.) cartons Cool Whip
Maraschino cherries, green and red

Slice cake twice to make 3 layers. Mix pineapple, pudding, marshmallows, and Cool Whip. Spread in between two layers. Top with last layer of cake. Frost cake with Cool Whip. Decorate with maraschino cherries to resemble poinsettias and add green cherries for leaves. Refrigerate.
