SPAGHETTI PIE 
7 oz. spaghetti
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. cottage cheese, drained
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp. butter
2 eggs, well beaten
1 lb. ground beef
1 (15 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce

Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain. Add butter and Parmesan cheese; mix well while hot. Stir in beaten eggs; mix well. Form into crust in a 10 inch Pyrex pie plate. Microwave on high for 5 minutes. Spread cottage cheese onto crust. Brown ground beef and onion; drain. Stir into spaghetti sauce. Microwave meat sauce mixture for 5 minutes. Pour over cottage cheese and crust. Microwave 8 more minutes. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese; microwave again until cheese melts (about 2 or 3 minutes). Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
