SUMMER PASTA SALAD 
2 lbs. Radiatore pasta
1/2 lb. pepperoni
1/2 lb. Genoa salami
1 1/4 lbs. feta cheese
1 cucumber
3 tomatoes
1 sm. red onion
1 sm. sweet onion
1 green pepper
Sweet or hot peppers to taste

In large pot, boil pasta until soft. After rinsing, put in bowl, use 1/2 cup of dressing on it to keep pasta from sticking. Dice meat into 1/2" cubes. Slice cucumber end to end, then across. Dice equal parts sweet and red onion to total 1 cup. Slice or dice remaining vegetables and tomatoes to your preference. Add all and chill. Add remaining dressing and crumbled Feta cheese 3 or 4 hours before serving. Makes 12 servings. Don't halve recipe, it's great through the week.
