STRAWBERRY PECAN CAKE 
1 box strawberry Jello
1 box Duncan Hines white cake mix
1 c. Crisco oil
1/2 c. sweet milk
4 eggs, add one at a time
1 c. frozen strawberries, drain juice off (or 1 lb. pkg.)
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. coconut

Makes 3 layers. Grease and flour pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

ICING:

1 box powdered sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 c. strawberries, drain juice off (sm. pkg.)
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. coconut

Use a teaspoon of juice at a time to desired thickness. Leave it thick enough to spread on cold layers.
