2 lb. flounder filets Mayonnaise 1/2 c. vermouth or white wine Seasoned salt Paprika LEMON BUTTER SAUCE: 3 tbsp. butter 2 tsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce Spread mayonnaise to lightly cover bottom of shallow baking dish. Arrange filets over mayonnaise in dish, and lightly spread mayonnaise over top of filets. Sprinkle with seasoned salt and paprika. Pour vermouth into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Meanwhile, melt butter, stir in lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over flounder before serving. |
