NANCY'S CREAM PUFFS 
1 c. water
1 stick butter
1 c. flour
4 eggs

Filling:

1 pkg. vanilla pudding mix
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 pt. heavy cream

Chocolate Glaze:

4 oz. melted chocolate squares
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. confectioners sugar
Hot water

Bring water and butter to a boil until butter melts (high heat). Stir in 1 cup flour, keep stirring fast, shut off heat and stir another minute until a ball forms. Crack in eggs all at once and beat with electric mixer about 3 minutes on high speed. Put by heaping tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately slice off top. Pick out dough with spoon.

Filling: Make cooked vanilla pudding with 1 1/2 cups milk. Cool. Beat 1/2 pint heavy cream until stiff. Fold in.

Chocolate Glaze: Mix melted chocolate with butter. Take off heat and stir in confectioners sugar and mix until crumbly. Beat with mixer and add hot water 1 tablespoon at a time. Pour over cream puffs.
