1 box yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/4 c. oil
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges and juice

Mix well with mixer until smooth. Bake 3 layers or bundt pan and split. Bundt pan bake 50 minutes at 325 degrees, 30 minutes for layers.

FROSTING:

3 oz. instant pudding
9 oz. Cool Whip
4 oz. can crushed pineapple and juice

Mix well. Spread sides and top and refrigerate.
