RAISIN BRAN MUFFINS 
1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran cereal
5 c. flour
5 tsp. baking soda
4 eggs
1 qt. buttermilk
3 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 c. salad oil
1 c. nuts

Mix eggs and sugar in large bowl. Then add other ingredients. Make a dozen muffins at a time. Store extra batter in covered container in refrigerator. Will keep 6 weeks. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
